ZDNet has a review of Robot Arena a new PC software game from Gabriel Interactive and distributed by Wizard Works. Although the premise of the game seems to be a cool rendition of a Battlebots experience where you could pit your rc controlled bot against another in an arena of death, the review says that although it does have some redeeming qualities that basically the game sucks. It appears that the AI is dumb and there's problems with the multiplayer mode making the game almost useless. Here's some other reviews many of which don't seem too positive here and here and here and here . Bummer, and I came so close to buying this game too.
