Pluto on again?

The Pluto and Kuniper belt express mission could be on again!

Last week, NASA said the Bush administration axed the Pluto-Kuniper Belt express mission to reach Pluto by 2020. This week NASA says the mission could be on again! Apparently, though, the Bush administration still doesn't support it. We'll probably see several "on again, off again" announcements before, if and when it happens.
