8 Legged Multi-Foot Robot

People Daily has some photos of an 8 legged robot built at Harbin Engineering University. The spider looking robot uses neural networks to control its eight legs that they say they can add more if they wanted. The scientists expect the robot will be used for search and rescue, exploration and volcano monitoring.
