Robotic Catheter System

The SenseiT Robotic Catheter System from Hansen Medical offers the physician a remotely controlled steerable catheter providing a tight bend radius, a very interesting joystick-like controller, along with the added benefit of limiting radiation exposure from imaging systems often needed during these procedures. Multiple monitors provide 3D surface mapping for navigation feedback along with physiologic data. The workstation that houses the monitors, computer, and controller is portable, and the manipulator simply attaches to the bedside rail.
