DARPA's Biologically-Inspired Cognitive Architecture (BICA) program hopes to achieve true, general AI that can think like humans, learning from experience and adapting to changing conditions. During Phase I numerous cognitive architectures were developed. In Phase II some of those models will be built and tested.
