Believers in the Singularity are meeting in San Francisco this weekend for the Singularity Summit 2007. A lot of interesting people will be speaking there, ranging from robotics researcher Rodney Brooks to Peter Norvig, Google's director of research. Ray Kurzweil will be speaking via remote video. They'll be talking about AI, robotics, nanotechnology, and all sort of high tech things. To get an idea, you can check out video from last year's event.
