SCN has released version 0.1 of their Artificial Neural Network Library. The SCN ANN Library is a C++ object-oriented API for constructing neural networks. The library supports non-recursive networks with an arbitrary number of layers and nodes. The SCN ANN Library is Free Software released under the GNU GPL.
