Cyborgs and Ethics

A new USNews.com article entitled Enter the Cyborgs poses a variety of ethical questions about technology that allows the joining of brains with computers. Some uses of this technology seem clearly good such as curing deafness or Parkinson's disease. But what about using pleasure stimulation to alter human behaviour, uploading and downloading memories, humans getting hardware "upgrades", or creating self-destructing jihad animals as weapons?
