Where will the Susan Calvins of the future come from? Perhaps they'll get their start in the Robot Chicks Union (RCU). The RCU seems to be primarily a users group for girls participating in the FIRST competition but, given the name, I'm sure they'd be open to new members interested in robotics of any sort. They're also looking for female college students and professionals to act as mentors.
