The Java Object Oriented Neural Engine (JOONE) project has released a new version of their core software. At present this neural network framework includes a core engine that can create and supervise learning for almost any type of neural network, a GUI editor based on Swing and XML, and support for a Jini-based distributed work environment. And JOONE is Free Software licensed under the GNU LGPL.
