Two Biomorphic Robots

Posted 15 Jul 2002 at 22:58 UTC by steve Share This

George Vastianos has written two articles for the Seattle Robotics Society newletter. The first is on ABIONIN, his Artificial BIOmorphic Neurocontrolled INsect and the second is on ANCOB, an Artificial Nervous COntrolled Beetle. Both articles are quite interesting and contain many photos, diagrams, and schematics as well as plenty of detail on the designs.

These two articles are wonderful. Well described, and informitive. I've been contemplating this sort of thing for months now. I eventually want to convince an IsoPOD to act as an artificial neural network.
