Hyundai Electronics introduced a new line of micro-cameras today. The color and monochrome cameras occupy less than 10mm x 10mm x 8mm. Frame rates of up to 30fps are possible. Hyundai has a press release as well as some preliminary specs online. Maybe just what you need if you're building a mirco-robot.
