A brief article on Space.com talks about the plans of several nations to send new robotic probes to the Earth's moon. Bernard Foing of the ESA suggested that as more nations agree to cooperate, their robotic probes will also begin cooperating on the moon. Perhaps working together to prepare a lunar base for future human use.
