NASA's express mission to explore Pluto and some of the Kuniper belt objects appears to again be pushed back. It appears that the Bush administration doesn't take kindly to the project and now it won't happen until at least year 2020. This project was pushed back before because of the two Mars probes that took presidence after hype about water possibly being found on the Mars surface.
