Human vs. Robot Arm Wrestling

The Salt Lake Tribune is running an article on polymer muscles. It centers around the challenge made to the engineering community in 1996 by NASA's Yoseph Bar-Cohen to develop a robot arm actuated by polymer muscles that could beat a human at arm wrestling.
