Notes: My main interest is in Prosthetics, I am a qualified Clinical Prosthetist and make very realistic prosthesis for Patients who have missing parts e.g. eyes - noses - ears etc I'm also interested in special effects and humanoid type Robotics, and would like to talk to people with similar interests in this particular field, I have only just set up a work shop and have not yet built any form of robotics so I am interested in software and hardware that can be purchased hear in the uk to help me along,as mentioned my main input would be prosthetic skins etc.I am a newbie in this field.

There seems to be alot of robotic information out their, but not so much about Humanoid replication etc, does any body know of any sites dedicated to this field, I am new to this and my terminology may not be quite right
