Notes:

My interest in the hobby side of robotics developed after participating in the 2000 FIRST Robotics Competition. I loved the experience so much that I became the president of my school's robot team, and the lead mechanical engineer for the FIRST robot. The team (449) placed 8th out of 84 teams at the nationals in Epcot center. I have also built a 2 1/2 pound hexapod walker out of Lego, controlled by Mindstorms. My current project is a walking robot to enter the next Central Jersey Robo-Conflict. The walker will be in the antweight division, where the weight limits are 1 pound for rollers and 2 pounds for walkers. Currently, the body and legs are being machined.
