Currently I am a Business Analyst/Project Manager/Programmer/Support etc. in the MIS department of large retailer. Since 1962 I have made generations of computers do necessary things with transaction data while interfacing with a lot of different kinds of peripherals. What is a robot but a peripheral with peripherals? When I saw the announcement for DARPA's challenge and thought I would look into integrating an entrant from other people's gifts and castoffs. So I am setting out to get involved because I would like to be part of a group who in 2004 will get to sit around a bar in Las Vegas waiting for their vehicle to show up by itself.
