I've been interested in robotics and AI for the past 10 years or so. I studied AI at the University of Chicago, did some AI/robotics work for a NASA contractor, and now I work at Evolution Robotics where I write software for what should turn out to be some pretty cool home robots.

I have to admit, the main thing that made me sign up for an account right now is that seeing the mistaken reference to "Chicago University" in this story made me realize I have a new pet peeve.
There is no Chicago University. There is a University of Chicago, however.
