The Biped robot " M:i-2 " was created by Miguel Castro Angel Rodriguez and Gonzalo Iván Garrido Sepúlveda. This work was developed in a period of 4 months and is part of the work of the subject of Electronic Design that distributes the students of I complete year of the race of Ing. Electronic Civil in the University of the Border. (IX Region-Temuco-Chile) to construct our Robot first we had to design the physical structure that it would support to the biped and later to process the routines of movements that would allow to give autonomy us to the movement of this. The Robot is able to move in case single on a flat surface. One of the main problems that we had to draw for was the design of a structure that outside able to balance in case single. In the construction of our Robot we used the following materials:

6 Servo Motors
1 Lamina Aluminum 0.25*1.00 m^2
1 Battery NiCd 6V, 1A.
Others (Per to us, painting, etc.)

The approximated cost of our robot is of $$US 280. At the moment we are working in the construction of another Robot with mayores potencionalidades that the previous one.
