| I wanted to do something different. A friend gave me an old Apple AirPort case, and it looked like it needed 3 legs on the bottom. Presently the gait is a bit ungainly, but I plan on adding either static or dynamic feet. IsoMAX makes controlling R/C servos easy, and I can update the servo position at their natural frequency(50hz), which is a lot faster than a serial link. The positional accuracy is nice too, 1250 positions over the rotation. Once I perfect a reasonable gait, I'll add sensors and intelligence. |
