| Gaston is a drink delivery bot, based on the simple line-following technique. It was built by Chris Veigl, and here is a link to his how-to build pdf (in german). In the run-up to ROBOEXOTICA 2005, Gaston was decorated by Magnus Wurzer. He is capable of fetching premade drinks from a dispensing station. When an empty glass is placed upon him, he starts off toward the "bar" following a black line on the ground. After receiving the cocktail from the automated tap Gaston turns and comes back carrying refreshment. | |
